Dimensions

The tapered section of our straps (the narrower ends of the strap) have a length of approximately 6.5”, and are 5/8” wide. We strongly suggest you measure your current strap before ordering. The length you select when ordering refers to the entire length of the strap, end to end, when laid out flat, with the chicago screws in place. Because our straps our handmade, and leather is a natural product which may stretch or shrink slightly during the manufacturing process, we can only guarantee that the dimensions will be accurate to within 1” for the length, and 1/8” for the width of what was ordered.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests for your strap (shorter/longer tapered section, larger loop at the end, etc.) please contact us directly to place an order for your strap. If you are unsure of what dimensions you will need, please contact us before placing an order for a strap.

Production Time

Our straps are made in batches that consist of 4-6 straps per batch. Each batch takes approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. When you place your order, you will be notified of when production on your strap will start. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Shipping

Our straps are shipped via USPS ground. At this time, we are only shipping within the USA.

Returns

We accept returns on standard straps that are 54” in length and 1.25” in width. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their strap. Strap must be returned in new and unused condition. Buyer pays return shipping. You will have the option to exchange it for another strap, or receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. Exceptions can be made for issues regarding quality control or functionality defects. Please contact us to request a return.
